Lemon Vinaigrette
This is my go-to dressing. I add it to just about every salad I make. It’s so simple and yet brings out any flavors from the salad. It truly pairs perfectly with anything. Not to mention sometime your girl is too lazy to try new things, and this comes out perfect every time.
Ingreadients:
Fresh Lemon Juice
Black pepper
Salt
Dijon Mustard
Extra virgin Olive Oil
Now I’m not going to lie; sometimes, I go through the effort of placing the ingredients in a bowl and slowly adding the oil so it all emulsifies beautifully. But like I said, sometimes your girl is lazy, and I pour the ingredients over my salad and give it a good mix. So do with that what you will.
If you are feeling fancy, here are the step by steps,
In a small bowl, add dijon, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Using a whisk, slowly add the olive oil while whisking to help combined the ingredients.
Once it’s all emulsified, add it to a jar and store it in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
