Azalea Cocktail

As my husband would say, the best weekend of the year is here. We were lucky enough to get ticket to this time honored tradition back in 2018. Now, I have been to a lot of sporting events but the Masters is in a league of its own. As much as I would love to attend every year, sadly its not an option. So the next best thing is to bring the experience to us.

Ingredient:

2 oz Vodka

1.5 oz lemon Juice

1.5 oz Pineapple Juice

Splash Grenadine

I like to squeeze my lemon juice fresh. It really makes a difference in the taste of the cocktail. So I start by juicing 2 lemons.

In a shaker filled with ice add, vodka, pineapple juice, lemon juice and a splash of Grenadine.

Pop the top back on and give her a good shake.

In a glass (bonus points if it’s the official masters cup) filled with ice add the cocktail from the shaker.

If your cocktail is not the perfect azalea pink add another splash of grenadine.

I like to garnish my drink with a lemon wedge and a cherry but if you happen to live in the south this clearly needs an azalea.

If you are hosting a party this is great to make in large batches. Who want’s to watch golf alone??

Now it time to sit back and enjoy some golf (and if you are like me…the outfits)

Cheers Babes

Happy Masters
