Strawberry French 75

The French 75 is one of my favorite cocktails. It is refreshing and light, and it always complements any dinner party. Adding sweet strawberry to the tartness of the lemon is the perfect addition. But drinker beware…. She’s tasty and goes down easy (at least that’s what he said), so pace yourself. We don’t need anyone going home with one shoe and half-eaten cheeseburger in their purse. We are classy bitches.

Ingredients:

Makes 2

2 oz Gin (you know my love for Hendrick’s)

1oz fresh squeezed lemon juice (Warning: We are big girls now squeeze it fresh, you are worth it! PLEASE do not add that crap store bought shit in the plastic Lemon!!)

1 oz Strawberry Syrup

3-4 oz Champagne

In a shaker add ice, gin, lemon juice, and strawberry syrup.

Put the top back on and shake her up.

Divide and mix up between 2 Champagne Flutes.

Top with your favorite sparkling wine.

You can garnish with these cute stir sticks, a lemon curl, or a strawberry.

Bottoms up buttercup!

Cheers Babes

XOXO
