Peachy Thyme Frozé

Whoever came up with the idea of frozen slushy wine was a Fu*king genius!!! I will say it again for those in the back... GENIUS!! Yes, a blended marg is good, and who does not love a Pina Colada and then getting caught in the rain? But Frozé brings it to a whole new level of sophistication (and a higher alcohol content, too!). So you know I'm going to take the normal froze and classy her up a bit! Move over, dirty Shirley; I want this to be my drink of the summer.

Ingredients:

1 cup Frozen Peaches

1/2 bottle Rosé

1 oz Thyme Simple Syrup

2 oz Peach Schnaps

Makes 2 Cocktails

Ok, I’m not gonna lie; the worst part of this is that it takes some preparation. You can not have Frosé without frozen wine, and it takes about 12 hours to freeze wine. So you can bet your bottom dollar this girl is going to freeze a lot of rosé to have on hand. I was on the hunt for ice molds when I started this journey and surprisingly had a hard time finding them (I also did not have enough time to prime that shit because we all know it’s no longer 2-day shipping), so your girl got crafty. I used the bottom half of my plastic egg carton from Costco (yes, I washed it first). Desperate times call for desperate measures, and I'm gonna make it work for the love of Frosé!!

Once the rosé is frozen, place 1/2 a bottle's worth (or more no judgies) in the blender.

Add the frozen peaches, simple syrup, and schnapps.

Turn that baby on and blend-er-up.

You will be left with the most velvety golden nectar of the gods. No really, this shit is so good!!!

Pour into your prettiest cup and enjoy.

Cheers Babes

XOXO
