Spooky Jello Shots

So clearly, we all know I love me some Jello Shots, and I'm here for them all the time. If I am attending any sort of night-out event they are a must. But I also do not frown upon them as any sort of pre-funk at a kid's function!! So come spooky season, you know this girl is pumping them out. So happy haunting witches!

Ingredients:

3 oz box Raspberry Jello

1 cup Boiling water

1/2 cup Blackberry Puree

1 cup Whip Cream Vodka

Shot Glasses (Mine came from where else but the dollar store)

Blackberry Puree:

1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat.

Bring to a boil, constantly stirring until the sugar is resolved.

Remove from heat and add to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Send puree through a fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds.

Add to a jar and keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

Bing water to a boil.

Place Jello Mix into a bowl. (I like to use something with a spout to be able to pour right from my mixing bowl. I will link what I call my Jello shot bowl)

Add boiling water over the top and mix until dissolved.

Add in blackberry puree and vodka and stir until combined.

Pour mix into shot glasses and place in the fridge overnight.

I added a little whip cream to make them pretty. Now they ready to hand out to all the parents out in the cold trick or treating.

Cheers Babes

XOXO
